One Half Roastery’s coffee is roasted each week as it’s a fresh product, meaning it’s perishable with a limited consumption window.

This means that if we sell and send coffee to a customer, and for some reason, it’s returned to us, we aren’t able to resell it.

To request a return or exchange of the product, images of:

• Courier label
• Box where the product arrived
• The product or products that must be returned or exchanged

In case of not being able to provide these images, we will not be able to make any change or refund.

We will only accept returns in the following cases:

• A mistake in the order for which One Half Coffee is at fault.
• If you don’t receive the packet due to an error by the shipping company/courier.
• The customer received a product (not coffee) and it was not what they expected. In this case we will take care of the collection and the customer must be responsible for the cost of shipping. This cost will be reduced from the amount to be returned of the unwanted product. Said return will be made once the product is received at our facilities, having verified that it is in perfect condition.

  We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

  The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold http://www.onehalfcoffee.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

  Any access link to third party sites is at your own http://www.onehalfcoffee.com will not be related or involve to any such website if the user’s content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

  This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or http://www.onehalfcoffee.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, http://www.onehalfcoffee.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

  Shipping and Delivery Policy

  Items in stock: 2-5 working days for Standard Delivery items. Items that are out of stock: Please email or call us for assistance.

  Payments

  All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods.

  Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order
